Decisions in a General Meeting are taken by form of Resolutions.
These may be Ordinary, Special or Extraordinary Resolutions.
- An Ordinary Resolution is one where simple majority is required.
- A Special Resolution is one where you need at least 75% of the shareholders and 21 days notice.
- An Extraordinary Resolution requires 75% majority by the shareholders plus 28 days notice.
